VAL - MCi_STATUS register is valid
Indicates that the information contained within the IA32_MCi_STATUS
register is valid. When this flag is set, the processor follows the
rules given for the OVER flag in the IA32_MCi_STATUS register when
overwriting previously valid entries. The processor sets the VAL
flag and software is responsible for clearing it.

    UC - Error Uncorrected
Indicates that the processor did not or was not able to correct the
error condition. When clear, this flag indicates that the processor
was able to correct the error condition.

    EN - Error Enabled
Indicates that the error was enabled by the associated EEj bit of the
    IA32_MCi_CTL register.

    PCC - Processor Context Corrupt
Indicates that the state of the processor might have been corrupted
by the error condition detected and that reliable restarting of the
    processor may not be possible.

Hi, pooher. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)
I don't quite know what to make of your BSOD dump analysis report. I'm not a BSOD expert. :(

Here's some of what the Microsoft KB329284 article has to say about machine check exception (0x9c) errors.
It's probably best to access Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) articles with Internet Explorer. I have found other web browsers (such as Firefox) have trouble rendering Microsoft KB web pages properly.

If you want to check your computer's temperatures, fan speeds, voltages, etc., one application that is often suggested around here is EVEREST Free Edition. When running EVEREST, the temperatures, fan speeds, and voltages will be displayed in the Computer > Sensor section.

There are also other system information utilities available at Major Geeks.

In case you decide to test your memory (RAM) for errors, all of the following RAM testers have been recommended in this forum. However, opinions differ about which RAM tester is "best ".

    ?? Mixed RAM

This is hardware problem due to bus connection time out, It maybe related to TV cards, mixed ram, hyperthreading, IDE hard disk is not compatible to M/B or M/B. It is very hard to find out the faulty hardware of bus connection time out.
