Adobe Photo Deluxe gets error message, won't open

    We just upgraded a Dell Laptop from Windows 98 to Windows ME. One of the programs we are running is Adobe Photo Deluxe Home Edition 3.0. This program has always worked fine until the upgrade today. Now we are getting the following error message:

    The Shell32 file is linked to missing export

    SHLWAPI.DLL:SHCREATESTREAMONFILEA

    I have this same Adobe Photo Deluxe Program installed on another laptop where I am using Windows XP, so I know it works, so I figure it must be something to do with ME.

    Any suggestions are always appreciated

    Error Message: Shell32.dll Is Linked to Missing Export Shlwapi.dll;SHCreateStream on File a Although this references the Visioneer PaperPort scanner another hit on Google suggests it works for other programs too ....
    Look in the Adobe folder for Shlwapi.dll and follow the instructions above.
