User CP: Subscribed Forums Display Glitch

Since the upgrade to VBulletin v3.5.1 the Subscribed Forums column headings in the User Control Panel do not match the data below them.

The "Last Post" column contains the "Threads" data.
The "Threads" column contains the "Posts" data.
The "Posts" column contains the "Moderators" data.
The "Moderators" column is empty.

I have attached an image to show what I described above.

I have tried viewing the User CP with all 3 subscriber skins (Blue, Silver, and Classic) and the glitch appears in all. I have tried viewing the User CP in Opera, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. The display glitch remains.

However, the forum sofware WORKS properly when I click on forum titles or moderator names.

I use VBulletin v3.5.1 forums on another site and this display glitch does not occur there.

Do other users here experience this display glitch or do I need to try some other ideas at my end (such as unsubscribing from all forums and then subscribing to them again)?
