    Hi, everyone.
Is there any way/utility that can allow me to change the ACL of folder/file from the command-line?
I run a batch file that copies two files. I want to chane the user rights on the files afterwards (since Windows gives the new files the rights of the parent folder).

    TIA.

    have you tried cacls?

Just type in the command prompt calcs and you will see the options.
    It's standard in Windows XP.

It's very easy. Hope it works.
