How to control loud fans

    I finally have some fans that really move the air through my case. But even when the system is cool, they blow at top speed. Their noise becomes annoying.

    Can anyone recommend something to control the speed of the fans by temperature? My motherboard controls only the CPU fan. So I'll need to buy some new hardware. I have seen a few things, but it is hard to know what is good and what is not.
