I've been having issues off and on, lately more on than off, with my toshiba notebook freezing with the blue screen giving me an error over the ar5211.sys driver. I have replaced the driver at least 3 times per Toshiba's online downloads. Each time this solution worksw for about a week and then starts up again. I am curious if it really is this driver or if it is something else as well. I have posted the debug from the minidump #3 for today (yes, three times today!).

    Good Question on AR5211.sys

I'll be interested in any insight -- I'm troubleshooting for my mother-in-law via long distance (she has a Dell laptop). I'm suggesting she totally uninstall the current software for her wireless card, as well as checking in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS folder and renaming the file to something like AR5211.old...then re-installing the software. I don't know the results yet -- will let you know. Sounds like this is a bigger problem than just her laptop.

I am having trouble posting the dump data. I am getting an error when I run Microsoft debugging. Here is what the debug gives me.

I presume you already read this
    http://www.broadbandreports.com/faq/12849

You may not want to hear it, but my advice is to try a different wireless lan card. My suspicion is there is an incompatability with something. Either the Wireless card requires its own client (is not compatible fully with the windows client) or it conflicts with something else on your system.

    Also note the solution here
