You have a few more problems other than Nail. You can use Nailfix.Zip against it.
Your AdawareAlert seems to be rogue, I would uninstall it.
    http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm

To remove what else I spotted must be done in this order, you may want to print this out.

Download the trial version of ewido security suite.
Install ewido security suite and start the program from the icon on your desktop, then check for and download updates. Close for now.
    Ewido Setup

    Disable System Restore.

Go to Start\Run and type in Services.Msc and press Enter. Locate this in the list.

    System Startup Service (SvcProc)

Highlight it and then Stop the service. Then right click on it and select Properties, and set to Disable. Do the same for the next one.

    System Out (SystemOutService)

    Close the Services window.

Open HJT, and click on 'Open misc tools section', then click on "Delete a file on reboot', a File Open window will appear. Copy/Paste the following into it.

    C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Then click on Open, and you will be prompted to reboot, select No at this time. Do the same for these.

    C:\Windows\Nail.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\systemout.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32wintft.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\systemin.sys

Rescan with HJT and remove these items.

    F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {17A54BFC-8214-4F5C-B1A7-A161BFA5FDCC} - C:\PROGRA~1\XSOFTW~1\Working\IEMon.dll
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VVSN] C:\Program Files\VVSN\VVSN.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System Check] Rundll32.exe SysDll32.dll,SystemCheck
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AdwareAlert] C:\Program Files\AdwareAlert\AdwareAlert.Exe -boot
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe (file missing)
    O23 - Service: System Out (SystemOutService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\systemout.exe

    Reboot into Safe Mode.
Delete all files and folders located in these folders.
    C:\Windows\Prefetch
    C:\Windows\Temp
    C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp

    Delete these folders.
    C:\Program Files\AdwareAlert
    C:\Program Files\VVSN
    C:\Program Files\XSoftware

    Then do the Ewido scan.

Reboot into Normal mode, and then enable System Restore.
Please post a new log to see if you are clean.

Thanks for those tools Mark. I wasn't looking foward to removing nail.exe manually..

Funny how all the mainstream tools. Sbybot, Adaware, Microsoft, Trend Micro, yada yada only address the surface problem nail.exe and not the root of the problem where it keeps re-appearing.

I told my receptionest if she downloads another free game or goes to a free game website she will be lined up and shot!!

That is because some of these infestations are specifically designed to not be removable with those automated scanners or to cause damage if they are removed incorrectly. Others have hidden components which will not be detected because of random location and name and are often designed to make themselves appear to be hidden system components.
There are still large numbers of viruses, trojans, spyware and other malware out there which require either specific removal tools, or manual removal and repair of their damage. Many people assume that since they have an antivirus that if they clean an infestation with it, they are done. In fact, they should always check the antivirus manufactures site for more information on the virus and see if ther are additional steps which should be carried out to complete the repair.
