Cannot Delete a Folder or Contents

    I am running WinXP SP2 and the Permissions on a folder have changed so that only the System can exercise "Full Control ". The owner or Administrator can only "read" & "write ". How do I get delete this folder and its contents?

    This morning I moved the folder to the "My Documents" folder and checked the Security tab again. Now the box for "Full Control" was not greyed out for the Administrator. I checked it and was able to delete the folder and its contents. Thanks much.
