    Welcome to WindowsBBS ElfaWild:)

First you need to create a new folder, named HJT and place HijackThis.exe in it.

Download CWShredder 2.0 from here. Save it to the desktop. Double click to install.

Scan again with HijackThis and place a check next to the following entries. Close ALL other windows and click fix.

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\DOCUME~1\Sarah\LOCALS~1\Temp\se.dll/sp.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = about:blank
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\DOCUME~1\Sarah\LOCALS~1\Temp\se.dll/sp.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = about:blank
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [o7nT34g] srcic.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Zw43RQM2P] sprsg.exe
    O16 - DPF: {33331111-1111-1111-1111-611111193457} - file://c:\ex.cab
    O16 - DPF: {33331111-1111-1111-1111-611111193458} - file://c:\ex.cab

    O23 - Service: ZESOFT - Unknown - C:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe (file missing)

Open CWShredder from the new shortcut on the desktop, close ALL other windows and click fix.

Go to start>run and type msconfig, hit enter. On the boot.ini tab, check the box next to /safeboot and OK. DO NOT allow restart.

Download Pocket Killbox from here: http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip

Unzip the files to a folder, then open and double-click on Killbox.exe to run it. In the "Paste Full Path of File to Delete" box, copy and paste the following:

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\sprsg.exe

Check the box to delete on reboot and click the red X to the right. Click OK, then NO to reboot now. Copy the next filepath and paste it in the box, and repeat the above steps. When all of the below filepaths are done, allow it to reboot.

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\srcic.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\slrundll.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\gah95on6.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\ckjn.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\vbsys2.dll
    C:\DOCUME~1\Sarah\LOCALS~1\Temp\se.dll

When your computer restarts, it will be in safe mode. Logon to your username.

Now in safe mode, you will need to show hidden files and folders, as well as system files and extensions for known file types.

Open C:\Program Files and delete the folders CxtPls, AdTools Service and AutoUpdate.
Open C:\Temp if present, select all and delete.
Open C:\Windows\Temp, select all and delete.
Open C:\Windows\Prefetch, select all and delete.
Open C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\temp, select all and delete. Do this for all usernames.
Open the control panel, then internet options and delete the temporary internet files, checking the box for offline content. Close Internet Options. Then, still in the control panel, open the Java Plug-in, click the cache tab and then clear. This will only apply if you have installed Sun Java.
Open My Computer, right click Local disk C: and choose properties, then disk cleanup. Check all boxes except compress old files and click OK.
Uncheck the /safeboot box in msconfig and ok to reboot

Scan your PC with RAV. If any files are infected, click the report button then copy and paste it here.

Run another HijackThis scan and post the log.

I also recommend you visit Windows Update and download/install the critical updates. Your machine is way behind and therefore left open to quite a few vulnerabilities. It will take more than one visit and require reboots.
