Started out with a Netgear 802.11b router and a wireless card in a laptop. Have since added two 802.11g (b compatible) Microsoft cards in desktops. Have had no problems with interference from anything and download speeds are often upwards of 1.2 Mbps. Must say I've been impressed with the Microsoft cards from day 1. Put a clean install of 98SE on a PC, installed the card so I could visit Windows Update and when I ran the supplied Microsoft Broadband Networking CD, all the updates were installed with it (well, not ALL, but all except for the most recent one's). It even installed SP1 on a pre-SP1 XP installation. The cards have no minimum hardware requirement like many do. Anything from Windows98 up, and you can use it.
