Had a problem with an IOS 9/Windows 10 conflict and in the end I did a reset of Windows. That worked in so far as my original problem was concerned, but now I have lost Word, Excel and Powerpoint that all came with 10 (as well as pretty much everything else of course). I can't find a way to restore those programmes for free. Does anyone have a solution/suggestion?

MS Office doesn't come with Windows. It is a separate purchase.

You'll need to dig through your records to see if you can find the key code. When found you'll be able to reinstall.

Hmm, Ok. I had Office 2007 way back originally, but after Windows 10 install I had Office 2013, so not sure how that happened? I guess its back to 2007.

Hi Kotare, It will all depend whether you are in the 30 day period from initial install of W10. I think that previous Windows OS (7 or 8/8.1) .old folder may be lost when you do the Reset of W10.
Your best bet is to find your Office 2013 Product key. You can phone MS for help or try Office online site.
I did a reinstall of Office 2013 - but I had my Product Key and it was no problem online.
If you have misplaced/lost your keys for 2007 and 2013 - then you are in a very deep hole.
If you can locate the .old folder, then the software that MasterChief is suggesting may help you. All the Best. Neil.
