Whenever I open a reg. file, a dialog box will pop up, asking whether to continue. I want to skip this step. What command can I add into a .reg file so as to skip it?

Control Panel-> User Accounts-> User Access Control... Lower the bar to see if that helps.

That doesn't help, but I have found an alternative - use a .bat file instead of a .reg file.
