    After I submitted this post I checked the MS information link and learned the update will not be of interest to most users. You may want to look into that before spending any time getting this one.

    I agree Arie.

    In fact the corresponding update for Win 8.1 is also marked as important. Why ? I don't think anyone else besides MS knows. And its an out of band update. Critical ?
