Hi, I have a Netgear R6250 as my main router. I get weak signals in certain areas of my home and wondered if I could use a WNDR3300 as a repeater to increase signal strength.

How would I go about doing this? TIA.

Hi dharkheart, Welcome to WindowsBBS. :)
Why not use Netgear Range Booster/Extender? I have one plugged in at the other end of the house to ensure the wife gets connected to the Internet without dropout. Works a treat! About $60.00 NZD.
You may have to experiment with AC outlets proximity to ensure good connection.
In answer to your question - your choice but probably dearer than mine. Cheers Neil.

Thanks for the reply. I'm considering the WNDR3300 because I already have that :) If I can't get it to work, I may have to try your alternative.
