Pin to taskbar question

    Is there a way to Pin to taskbar "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Recovery\Advanced Recovery Methods" .

    Thanks. Yes I am aware of this method for pinning control panel programs themselves. Please notice that "Advanced Recovery" is a tab of the "Recovery" program. It seems there should be a way to do this but nothing I have tried has worked.
    Using the method you referred to results in an icon that opens to "My Documents ".

    Any reason why you need that particular program pinned to the taskbar. Your System Details only show 32-bit.

    Was going to ask the same question. If you have to go there often enough to want to pin it to the task bar, you need to fix the problem with your computer.

    I do agree on those points. Are you having any issues with your machine that would cause you to want to open the Advanced Recovery Options window from the taskbar?

    You can download this shortcut which has already been made and pin it to the taskbar, How to Create a System Recovery Shortcut in Windows 7.
