Have you tried to update the drivers or looked in the PC to make sure that it wasn't full of dust bunnies and getting hot?

Before you replace the graphics card it would be worthwhile to reinstall the driver.

Thank to every1 trying to help me with my problem , I'm sad to say that the graphic card is dead . The computer can't detect it even after many reboot nor the graphic card website auto-detect .
Guess it's time to upgrade to a better card . once again , thank you .
