Using Mozilla 33.0 on XP-SP3 system

Cannot get to any operational PayPal address under Mozilla. No problem with Explorer.

No reports in wild about PayPal having sign-in problems or downtime reports.

Works OK on the link Doc provided from way down under using XP comp with SP3. Also worked with W10 Preview HDD setup.
Were you trying to make a payment using PayPal redirect through a Vendor? Neil.

@Doc: Presactly ceeroct... putting Moozilla into it's (is that NEW?) Safe Mode allowed me to contact any URL I desired. My new problem is figuring out which "add-on" is causing the problem, or if it's summ'a't else as is messin' me life.

    (E.T.A.):

I have six "extensions" enabled: Web Of Trust 20131118, Spell Checker 1.3.2, Remove Google Tracking 1.10, Photobucket Uploader 1.3.9, Free Memory 0.95 and Do Not Track Me 3.2.1127 (listed from oldest to newest with DNTM being about four weeks aboard), as well as one "plugin ", a Cisco (open H264)video codec, aboard for some time now.

There are other add-ons and extensions, but all are marked disabled or ask to activate.

Enable ANY ONE addon and test your links to sites. If OK, disable it and enable the next one. Repeat until you find out which addon is the culprit.

Use process of elimination, i.e., systematically eliminate potential causes of a problem and test.

Enable three of those six add-ons and try the link. If it doesn't work, you know the problem is one of those three. If it does work, then you know the problem is one of the other three.

... and keep on until you've narrowed it down to the source of the problem.

-- edit -- Oops. Looks like I was w-a-y too slow to hit Submit. (On the phone). I'll leave it with the hopes that it might help someone. The process works for me. :)

Sorry for delay... problem seemed to clear itself up after d/l Firefox v33.0 and a couple of "disabling add-ons" sessions.
