Resolved [What's the diffrenece between Office 365 and Office 2013? 32 or 64 bit?]

I currently have Office 2007. I guess it's time I upgraded huh?
I'm starting school this semester and I plan to become an accountant.
The school I attend offers free Office 365 to students. My question is should I install the 32-bit or 64-bit? I have a 64-bit machine but it seems as though 32-bit is recommended for most users, even those with 64-bit computers.
Also, is there a difference between Office 365 and Office 2013? Or does Excel 2013 come with Office 365?

Office 365 is essentially a subscription, cloud application. Office 2013 is the PC based version that you only pay for once. Here are some more links to read up on. 2007 is due to be no further support (2003 has already) but as Robert said 365 is usually annual sub and your Varsity supplying free may also involve an annual sub (pay to check). Cheers Neil.
