[Cannot open Standard User, open word files or download after 'tune up']

Hi All
Iam using Yet another Cleaner from some time while iam away my younger brother did some modification to speed (boot)up the system in YAC software like he turned off some services
and now when i restarted the laptop iam getting the error that failed to launch standard user and due to which iam not able to open any word file ,not able to downlaod any thing
Can anyne please help me out ASAP . Please tell me that how to make my system to run like before ?

I suggest you restore your system to a point prior to your brother fiddling with it . Type System Restore in the Start button > Search Box.
