folders in my documets wont open

    When I open a folder in my documents and try to read a file in this folder, it asks Open or Save? when I click open. it ask again ,open or save? I cannot get I to open the file. I don't think I have changed any settings. Someone please help the old man out.

    Try right clicking and choosing Administrator.
