I am looking for a good registry first aid package and cleaner any tips.

I see you're a "beginner ", read the documentation for these carefully and when 1st time running any reg cleaner and presented with tens or hundreds of entries, be patient, do a little at a time making sure you can back track, either by making sure the deleted entries are backed up by the program itself (RegSeeker) and/or by a System Restore which Reg1stAid does.
