Resolved changing from one care to security essentials

    its been so long since i changed security that i have forgoten how to do it. my one care expires in june and im going with security essentials. now how? how i do this since im only supposed to have only one security suite on at a time how can i do the changeover and be protected at the same time?
    this might be the stupid question of the day if it is ill take the award. but help please.

    Install the new one.
