I' a novice and wanted to know if this is a good way to protect my PC all recommendations would be very much appreciated!

    I currently have:

    avast! Antivirus

    COMODO Firewall Pro

    SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition

    Ad-Aware

and I use them regularly is this enough?

    Should I be doing more?

Should I replace anything with a better or more reliable program?

Should I use CCLeaner? (just saw it on the forum)

    Thank you!

I'd uninstall Ad-aware and Spybot as tools of the past and I'd add Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (trial version is fully functionable): http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php to your arsenal.
Program like CCleaner should be run weekly. Just make sure, you don't touch registry part.
    Better yet...
    Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC)
Double click on TFC.exe to run the program.
Click on Start button to begin cleaning process.
TFC will close all running programs, and it may ask you to restart computer.

CCleaner, or TFC will take care of disk cleanup.
    Defrag? I'd run it monthly.
