is this dangerouse fior my pc

how can I delete it ?

Welcome to the BBS!

No that is not harmfull. It is part of the Performance logs and alerts service.

If you were a Tweaker you would know this. So you don't need this service as it is a small slow down in itself.

Go to Services look for Performance Logs and alerts. Stop the service then disable it. Likely after a reboot the file will be gone if not it should allow you to delete it.
