Is PC Doctor 5 safe?

Is PC doctor 5 safe to use or is it malware. Not sure.

What is it you want to do with PC Doctor? Maybe there is an alternative. The fact that it has been withdrawn by Lenovo is a little mystifying.
What has made you feel it could be malware? Can you give us a reference to this program?

 

Well it came with the computer. Pre installed stuff. Thinking of uninstalling it.
Sometime things pre installed have hidden things in them.

kellyinkc--Is your new PC an IBM or Lenovo? I would think the maker would provide info on the preinstalled programs (perhaps by email or phone), or maybe the program has a Help option.
I guess you are saying you cannot answer the question "What is it you want to do with PC Doctor? Maybe there is an alternative. " since you do not know what it is supposed to do.
If the PC maker is reputable, I would not think they would put malware on the PC. However, that does not mean it is a useful program to you.
