    Hi
I have a recovery partition "D Drive" and when I do a virus scan it also checks that drive for viruses. How likely is it that one could get a virus there?
Do I have to scan that drive for viruses or is it safe to exclude it from a scan?
    Thanks
    Geri

    Hello Gerri,

Is this one of those OEM insalled partitions used to get you back to "Factory" condition? If so, you can safely skip scanning of that partition.

    Regards - Charles
