Disk Drive Problem...

    Guys please help me... i have a computer not a laptop... and windows XP service pack 3... when i press on the open button to open the disk drive
    it just make sound ut dont open... i have to press up to 14 time to open...Plz HelP Me... thx

    I guess you're trying to open the CD or DVD drive tray?

    If so, look in My Computer->Right click on the drive and select Eject and see if that helps.

    same... it just make sound... i have to press eject 14 times

    The "eject" function is an electrical device....and they go bad/wear out.

    You could try using a paperclip in the tiny hole in front of the drive to open the try as a workaround.But it might be time to replace the drive.
