New Nvidia driver 196.75 alert

Can I draw members attention to an alert sent out by Nvidia regarding the new 196.75 GeForce driver:-
"We are aware that some customers have reported fan speed issues with the latest 196.75 WHQL drivers on NVIDIA.co.uk. Until we can verify the root cause for this issue, we recommend that customers stay with, or return to 196.21 WHQL drivers. The 196.75 drivers have been temporarily removed from our website ".
I personally found problems with my settings with thsi driver and have reverted back to 196.21.
I hope this is helpful to those of you who may have downloaded this driver and who have not received the alert.
