Calculate UPs Backup TIme and how to connect UPS

    Hi,
    I am curious to know how to calculate UPS backup time?
    1) Suppose I have 7.5KVA with a set of 12 V 100AH 14 SMF Batteries. what will be the backup of this UPS? Is there a formula to calculate this?
    2) Suppose I have 7.5KVA and I want to connect 20 computers and they should have battery backup for atleast 20 min then how many batteries and how much rating should be added?

    I tried to search on net but could not find any particular good solution?
    Pls help.
