Missing or incompatible version of adobe flash player

I'm taking a online course from Hawkes Learing System. When I try to open the program, I get a error saying I,m missing to have a incompatible version of Adobe flash Player and to click ok to upgrade. But when I do, it says unable to upgrade. I went to Adobe.com and downloaded the lastest version, bout I still get the same error. The same thing happen when I try to play a game downloaded from pogo. Any help will be welcomed.

Hello what OS are you running? If flash player is already try removing it using the flash removal tool found here http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html. Once you have done this restart your machine and goto the flash player download http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ this will install the latest version and hopefully solve your issue.
