Microsoft Visio Problem

I have Microsoft Visio 2007 installed on a new Vista SP1 machine. The program runs OK however it does have an anoying problem.

When I start other programs, (it has happened with Outlook and Internet Explorer) a Visio message box will appear indicating that it is preparing to install Visio. I can either let it run its course (about 10 seconds) or cancel it.

This is very random and not predicitable and doesn't seem to tie to any particular program or event.

Any help out there?
