My System

Hi amaurer2. I don't know anything about Go To My Computer but for me I use a free program called Team Viewer to remotely connect to peoples computers. Give it a try and see if you like it.

There is a program called realvnc or vnc Putty and or winscp also let you access a computer remotely. http://www.realvnc.com/

I have used both gotomypc.com and logmein.com on XP machines. Both work fine. My preference is logmein.com, just because of the user interface.

LogMeIn.com is the ONLY remote comtrol program that I use. There are several options: Free - gives you basic services but no file transfer or remote printing. I have one LogMeIn.com account that has 35 computers using Free subscriptions and 5 Paid subscriptions.
