I downloaded a trial version of SyncBackSE, and though I like it, before I buy it, I would like to get it to work right. Trying to do a full back-up from internal C: drive to external F: drive, I get a "failure" at the end of the back-up as "(5) Access is denied" to the same four "Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Acrobat\Active X\(file name)" files each time.
I've got a feeling that I can eliminate these four files through "filters", but can't get the entries correct. Can someone help as I can't get Support help from 2Bright Sparks as I haven't bought the software yet. A "Catch 22" situation. TIA
Dennis

Synchback is not designed to backup Operating Systems - it is aimed at data backup. To back up an Operating System you need imaging software such as Acronis True Image. See Can SyncBack/SE/Pro make an exact copy of my hard drive?
