[Replacing MS Office 2002 with 2003]

I have MS Office 2002 already installed and want to install 2003. Will it keep everything such as e-mails, contacts etc. that is in 2002? This is not an upgrade copy.

When in doubt - backup your pst file(s).
But yes, it should detect the existing copy and upgrade it.
