Moving Pics from email to screensaver?

I've downloaded a bunch of pics that are now in my email inbox. How do I get them into a folder on my Hard Drive?

My System

I presume they have been sent as an email attachment to you.

Right click on the attachment symbol [a paperclip] & choose Save. Choose folder & the file would be saved there.

I sent them to myself, but not as attachments, which is why I don't know how to move them. They are just emails of pics.

Just figured it out. Open the email and drag them directly to the destination folder.
