I am using the On screen keyboard since I deleted what my kaspersky said was a keylogger.. turns out that I really really need that file back no keyboard will function without it. No one I have spoken to seems to have the file, or know how to get it back please the file's name is arkbcfltr.sys any help or advice anyone can give me would be lovely thank you

Try going into device manager (right click my computer, select properties, Select Hardware Tab and click device manager button) and seeing if your keyboard is listed, if it is you can try to update driver (right click on the keyboard listed).
If that doesn't work then right click on the keyboard listed again and select uninstall then follow instructions below.
if your keyboard isn't listed then Goto control panel and select add hardware.
