I am new to TORRENT. I loaded down a Torrent client and clicked on three movies I wished to obtain. The loading of these movies started and reached a stage where I have 97% of one, 84% of the second and 23% of the third.
My question is this. The loading starts and stops sporadically. Anybody know what the download process is? How does it decide when to download and when to do nothing?
