Hi, I just received a call from a friend that said she has Microsoft word 98.
Anyway, she opens Word & the top toolbar with all the commands like "File,Edit, View,Insert, Format" etc. are not showing. How can I get that back up & showing. The Icons below are there and everything else. I hope the question is clear,,,,,

I believe you right click on the toolbar and select Customize. Under the Toolbars tab select Menu bar. I don't know if you have to click on ther New Button after or before.
