Questions on Converting Outlook Data?

I have two computers here. Both were running Windows 98 until yesterday. On one, the user has been using Outlook Express. On the other, the user has been using Outlook 2000. We have now loaded Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000 onto both machines.

Machine #1:
Now I need to import the Outlook Express data (address book, mail settings, saved mail, etc.) to be used in Outlook 2000.

Machine #2:
After that is done, I need to import the Outlook 2000 data that was formerly being used under Windows 98, to be used by the Outlook 2000 that is now running under Windows 2000.

I don't use Outlook so I am not familiar with it. Can someone point me to a web page that will explain how to do this?
