Occasionally, when I try to exit a Word file, my title bar and my tast bar flash, and I cannot exit without using Task Manager. Anyone have any idea why this happens???

Somebody else on this board (or another) fixed the flashing-title-bar problem by deleting the "normal.dot" file. Try that and see if the problem is resolved.
Was it normal.dot or tweakUi getting in the way ?
