Is there a free application that will show a list of all assigned global keyboard shortcuts in Windows 7 (Home Premium 64-bit) and their assigned-to task or application?

I've googled and tried out four such programs (QLiner Hotkeys, Hotkeys, Hotkeyz, and Shortcuts Map). QLiner is what I really want, but it doesn't work in Win 7 (although it worked in Win XP) and the rest of them fail to show the vast majority of assigned shortcuts, in fact they don't even show all the default Win 7 shortcuts.

As an alternative, is there a way to show an alert that a key combination is already in use? I need to know which key combinations have already been assigned so I can assign unused ones to new functions and applications without conflicts. Thanks!

    Steve,
Thank you. Unfortunately, that link shows only the default keyboard shortcuts assigned by Windows. Over time I've assigned a sizeable bunch of my own shortcuts, and those aren't shown. What I really want is an overall, inclusive listing of all shortcuts, not just those that Windows has assigned. QLiner Hotkeys did the job under Win XP, but it doesn't work in Win 7. Is there a program for Win 7 64-bit that will do that trick?
