Cant send video clips w/ my anti-virus on

Hi,
Can someone give me some things to try on getting my email to send video clips with my anti-virus. I've went in and changed the setting to accept my email, but apparently I'm doing something wrong. I use Trend-Micro for my anti-virus. and Incredimail for my email. It worked fine before I redid my computer but I obviously have it set wrong but don't know how to set it right, anyone have any suggestions??? I turn my virus protection off and it will send out.
I have Windows XP Home Edition.

Hey got it fixed.....Trend Micro has a kinda hard to find place to uncheck the going out mail. Unchecked that and it's sending out fine now....just thought I'd let ya know I found the issue.
