I'm trying to install sim city 2000 in my sp3 version of windows xp. I know that it has worked in the past, but that was several hard drives ago. I have successfully installed the program but either it goes to dos and gives me a blank screen before returning to xp or goes into the game but runs the sound out of my mobo speakers and displays abnormal colors. I've tried running in every compatibility mode and in each have tried checking and unchecking run in 256 colors and run in 640x480. I'm going to attempt to call their tech support number tomorrow, but I don't even know if it exists (as the game was produced 14 years ago).

    Any ideas?
