What is the exact error and at what point do you encounter it?

What is your Operating System?

I should add that sometimes, these errors can be resolved by either removing, and reinstalling the offending application, or performing a repair installation if that feature is offered.

I'm on another computer at the moment so I am able to use Dragon. The operating system is Windows and I am using Firefox 5.0.

It started off a few days ago, it'll be okay for a while and then all of a sudden the box will pop up giving me the runtime error. It just had Microsoft visual runtime library across the top, in the box, and then the path to where Dragon is, program files etc.

It has slowly got where until every time I clicked on the microphone on the toolbar, box pops up and then Dragon closes. I think you're right, I'm going to have to uninstall and reinstall it tomorrow, it was something I was trying to avoid, rather busy here at the moment so didn't really want to do that. Obviously I'm going to have to do. However, I have checked for updates and there doesn't seem to be anything that can help. If you know of any, please do enlighten me

I assumed you were running Windows, but what version of Windows, and generally there is an error code to go along with the error box, and are you saying you get the error when you're using Firefox?

Or do you get the error when you're using any applicaiton?
