I used to use Defraggler to defragment and out of curiosity I analysed my C drive to see if there was any difference. Vista said that my file system was ok and there was no need to defragment. Defraggler said that there were 189 fragmented files and 658 total fragments. Which one should I believe???

    Both of the above:D

Apparently, to Vista - 189 fragmented files and 658 total fragments is A-OK.
