Windows keeps shutting down on my laptop, I've done a factory reset and reinstalled windows but still keeps happening, it started after installing an Authorware web player for my learn direct course. I've done a Hack this log on another thread thinking i may have a virus but have been told there wasn't any malware in my log so must be down to the Authorware web player not being compatible with Vista, I've looked in add remove programes but it isn't there. Hope someone can help. Thanks

I done a factory reset again just incase the Authorware player was still on there but still having the same problem, was ok for about an hour but then shut off. Might give Acer a call and see if i can send it back as i've only had it 8 months so its still under warranty:(

The pc could be overheating. If you open the case do you see a ton of dust?
