I need some help using Napster. I "purchased" 7 tracks. I put "purchased" in quotes because it says "purchased track" after each one, but I never gave my credit card. I guess it could be on file at Napster. I use Napster seldom, so I may have forgotten.
Ok, so let's assume I have purchased those 7 tracks, somehow. Now, I want to burn them, and the instruction say to drop them into the Burn Stage, but I can't figure out how to get to that "Burn Stage." I try dropping them into the "Burn CD (E)" near the bottom left-hand corner of the Napster software, and I get that they've been added to the burning stage --- but I can't find the "burning stage!" The list of my tracks is replaced by a blank section of the window. If I should see the tracks listed there, I don't.
OK, so I went to "My Music," and there they are, so I decided to burn from there. That worked, but when I tried to play back, I get that I can't get the license for playback.
Obviously, I've missed a step somewhere. And I go through this wandering around in Napster until something finally clicks everytime I try to use it, which is only once a year or so. I never write down the steps. Probably can't, because I've just stumbled on the solution, accidentally. Can someone out there help, please? And give me some simple-to-follow steps that I can write down? Thanks.

    P.S. Napster Problem

This is Alice, again. I just received an email from Napster, thanking me for my purchase of the 7 tracks, so I did purchase them. That's no longer a question. What remains is, Ok, now, how do I burn them and play them?
