looking for an offline translator

I am looking for a translator which can translate to and from the most common european languages (such as english, french, italian, spanish etc) but preferably not one which accesses the Internet such as Magic Translator, because i need to run it on a pc without an internet connection.

Anyone has a good name for such a translator ?
