Error message when trying to play Audio CD

    I hope someone can help me. Every time I try to load
    Deluxe CD player I get a "Rundll32" error message. I've
    posted the message below.

    DELUXECD caused a general protection fault
    in module MCICDA.DRV at 0001:000015ce.

    Not that I can help, but what player exactly and who makes it? What version? What OS?

    Any details relating to the problem would be useful.
