Resolved MS Word 2010 Formatting Trouble

    In Office Word 2010, when I highlight a word or sentence, then change its formatting, the entire document changes to be the same as the highlighted area. How can I change this unwanted action? Thank you.

    Hi Pete,
    Thank you for the link. The article by Allen Wyatt is excellent. What I did not do was change from "Only" this document to "New" documents. " All is well.
